This website is owned and operated by Abhijit Das. These Terms govern your access to and use of the services provided through Anskill, including website design, development, demo previews, and maintenance services.

Anskill provides digital design, development, and website support services for businesses and individuals.

• Custom website design and UI/UX design.
• Website development and implementation.
• Website maintenance and ongoing support.
• Demo websites and design previews for selected industries.
• Additional digital services agreed upon for a project.

Each project will follow a scope, timeline, and pricing arrangement agreed upon before work begins.

• A 50% advance payment is required before a project begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• The remaining payment is due upon completion and before final website handover or launch.
• Payments may be made through UPI, bank transfer, or another mutually agreed payment method.
• Payments are non-refundable once project work has started, except where otherwise agreed in writing.

The number of included revisions depends on the selected package or project agreement.

• Design packages may include up to two rounds of revisions unless otherwise stated.
• Additional revisions or changes outside the agreed scope may be billed separately.
• Once a design or project stage has been approved, substantial changes may be treated as a new project phase.

Clients are responsible for providing the information and materials required to complete their project.

• Providing accurate content, images, logos, and information.
• Providing feedback and approvals within a reasonable time.
• Ensuring that submitted content does not infringe third-party rights.
• Managing domain and hosting services unless these are included in the agreed package.

Delays in providing required content, feedback, or approvals may affect the project timeline.

Demo websites and previews are provided for viewing and demonstration purposes.

• Demo websites may be modified, replaced, or removed at any time.
• Demo designs may not represent the final scope or functionality of a client project.
• Demo links, designs, and assets may not be copied, redistributed, or commercially reused without permission.

Website maintenance services are provided according to the selected maintenance plan.

• Maintenance services begin after the applicable payment has been received.
• Each plan includes only the features and services specified in the agreed package.
• Additional work outside the maintenance scope may be charged separately.
• Failure to renew a maintenance plan may result in services being discontinued.

Upon receipt of full payment, the client will own the final website created specifically for their project, subject to any third-party licenses or services used within the project.

Third-party themes, plugins, fonts, images, software, APIs, hosting services, or other licensed materials remain subject to the terms of their respective providers.

Third-party licenses may require separate renewal or payment unless they are explicitly included within the agreed package.

While reasonable care is taken to build and maintain reliable websites, Anskill is not responsible for losses or damages resulting from circumstances outside its reasonable control.

• Hosting or server outages.
• Domain-related issues.
• Third-party service failures.
• Security incidents, hacks, or malicious attacks.
• Loss of data, revenue, leads, or business.
• Problems caused by client modifications after website handover.

Anskill reserves the right to terminate a project or service in circumstances including:

• Non-payment or repeated payment delays.
• Abusive, threatening, or unprofessional behavior.
• Material breach of these Terms.
• Requests to perform unlawful or inappropriate activities.

Any outstanding payments for completed work remain payable following termination.

Personal information submitted through the website or during a project will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Anskill may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be published on this page together with an updated revision date. Continued use of the website or services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
